Is Trakxi really free to start?
Yes! There's no upfront cost, no monthly fees, and no hidden charges. You only pay 3% or ₹4 per trip (whichever is higher). For high-volume operators, the commission is capped at ₹20/day per trip after crossing ₹4,999/month. You can choose whether to absorb the commission or pass it to your customers.
What if I do zero trips in a month?
You pay nothing. There are no minimum fees, no monthly charges, and no penalties. You only pay commission when trips are completed — if there are no trips, there's no cost.
What payment methods are supported?
Trakxi supports cash (collected by driver) and UPI (direct transfer to your account). Razorpay is available as an optional plugin (~2% fee) for online card payments. You can enable or disable payment methods based on your preferences.
Is there a limit on drivers or vehicles?
No limits! Whether you have 1 vehicle or 1000, Trakxi can handle it. Add as many drivers and vehicles as you need. The platform scales with your business without any additional fees for growth.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes! The customer booking app can be customized with your logo, colors, and business name. Your customers will see your brand, not ours. This helps build trust and brand recognition with your riders.
Where will my mobile apps be published?
Your customer booking apps are published on Google Play Store and Apple App Store under your own developer account. The apps appear in your company name, but remain Trakxi-powered and require our backend to function. Learn why a developer account is required →
What domain will my web app use?
You get a free subdomain like yourbusiness.trakxi.com. Want your own domain? Purchase it separately and we'll configure it for free — you only pay for the domain, not the setup.
Are SMS, Maps, and other services included?
Yes! SMS/OTP verification and Google Maps are included at no extra cost. We bear these costs so you don't have to worry about per-SMS or per-map-view charges. By default, SMS is sent using Trakxi's sender ID.
Can I send SMS with my own brand name?
Yes! If you want SMS to show your company name instead of Trakxi, you'll need to complete DLT registration with your telecom provider. Once registered, share your SMS header access with us and we'll configure it at no extra cost.
How long does setup take?
During our early access phase, our team personally configures your whitelabel app and portal — this typically takes 3-5 business days. Once ready, you'll receive your fully branded apps and can start accepting bookings immediately. As we scale, this process will become fully automated and instant.
What kind of support do you provide?
We offer 24/7 support via WhatsApp, email, and phone. Our team helps with setup, training, and any issues you face. We're committed to your success.
Is my data secure?
Yes, security is our top priority. All data is encrypted, we use secure cloud infrastructure, and we never share your business data with third parties. Your data belongs to you.
